Home was perfect for our girl's trip!! Plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms for our group of 5. We spent quite a bit of time in the home...it was cozy while also being roomy. It was very clean and kitchen well equipped. Beautiful views..especially at sunset. There was a water issue during our stay that had nothing to do with the homeowners, Natosha was very communicative and did all she could to keep us updated, even overnight. Western Skies did not disappoint and we would not hesitate to book again in the future!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pagosa Elevated. It's surrounded on three sides by a tall privacy fence and of course the view out of the back side is exceptional! It feels completely private, yet so close to downtown Pagosa Springs. The home is more beautiful than the pictures show and we had everything we needed to cook and enjoy a few meals in the kitchen. The property was exceptionally clean and hot tub instructional video was super helpful. So fun sitting in the hot tub during the 10+ inches of snow we received over the weekend!

The house is beautiful and it has plenty of space for a big family. It had everything we needed. Perfect place for a family getaway! I highly recommend it. Our family is certainly coming back.

The property was as described, clean, and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped and roomy for cooking and gathering. It was fantastic sitting on the deck watching the sunset with a view of the mountains. Great location to drive to Wolf Creek Ski Area since you do not have to drive through downtown Pagosa Springs.

We enjoyed our stay at Western Skies. It was the perfect size for our family of 9. One of the main factors in choosing this property was that there was a King bed in 4 of the 5 bedrooms and each bedroom had its own private bathroom. The home is big and roomy and we didn’t feel like we were in each other’s way. We loved the spacious kitchen and dinning room where we could all cook , eat and play games together. I guess the best compliment I could give Tosha is that we didn’t need her. Other than the glitch of having a widespread power outage during the seasons first snowstorm, which was out of anyone’s control, we didn’t have any problems or need to communicate. But our questions about the outage were answered promptly. The owner came early that morning and snow plowed the driveway areas and the road in and out was well maintained. I would definitely rent this property again.

This house is so cute, looks just like the pictures! The views from the patio are stunning. The guestbook was helpful and host responded fast! It was the perfect place to relax after snowboarding for two days!

Tosha was an amazing host for me and my group of friends. The house and views were beautiful just like the pictures shown.
The response time was always super quick and was there if we needed anything at all.
The location was perfect to both the mountain and the town. I highly recommend staying here.

This was such a perfect little spot for our girl's trip! There were six of us mamas and the space was so ideal. Many laugh til ya cry moments were had at the kitchen dining table. The location was phenomenal. It seemed like no matter where we decided to go, it was less than five minutes away. The views were amazing, the beds were comfy, and the hosts were super sweet. 10/10 recommend this home away from home!
P.S. Make sure to visit Black Bart's for brunch during your visit!

We greatly enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect place for a week away with family. We appreciated the cleanliness and the house was perfect with a lot of space to accommodate a big group. A nice hot tub and lots of bathrooms made our stay even more comfortable. We highly recommend this place!

The perfect place to stay in Pagosa! Beautiful mountain views, while still being convenient to amenities in town. Mike and Tosha were extremely responsive and helpful, going above and beyond to make our Christmas vacation with family enjoyable. We loved having space for each family to spread out, plenty of bathrooms, and a separate game room for the kids to call their own. We would 100% stay again!
