The house was perfect for our family! The view from the porch was stunning, and you could walk to coffee, the park, or the river in 5-10 minutes. The restaraunt recommendations were on point too! We’d stay here again for sure.

The house was perfect for our family ski get-together. And the views are spectacular!
The kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies, and set up great for several cooks to help in meal preparation. We cooked all our breakfast and dinner meals there.
Having multi levels gave us lots of room to work, relax, and play games after a day on the slopes.

Absolutely loved this home! Very spacious, very homie, we went with a big group and everyone loved it. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need. Wild definitely recommend and come back again!

So much room, allowing everyone to have their own space while also having multiple great gathering spaces! Felt so cozy and so conveniently located to the main strip of Pagosa. We enjoyed everything about this house so much! Will definitely go back!

We enjoyed everything about our stay! The location is great, very close to the hot springs and the view from the hot tub is spectacular. We had everything that we needed and the host was very responsive when we had questions. We would definitely stay there again!

The snow was relentless but it was a great week! The home was wonderful and had everything we needed. Loved all the windows and amazing views of the San Juan Mountains! We didnt need all the space but it had sooo much room and could have handled multiple couples or families easily. We felt secluded but only 7 minutes in to town for a bite to eat or pick something up at ski and bow and that was very nice and convenient. Walmart was only about 15min and that was nice when needed as well. Mike and Tosha were great, easy to work with, very responsive, and helpful with the questions we had. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in the future.
