Please note that this is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed. We also ask that you respect our no parties or large gatherings policy. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. For your safety, there is a smart doorbell with an exterior camera facing the driveway and main entrance. It does not look into any interior spaces and only records video when motion is detected or the doorbell is pressed. The property has step-free entry, but stairs are required to access the additional living areas. There is a bedroom and bathroom on the first floor for added convenience. We provide complimentary toiletries, linens, and towels, as well as a washer and dryer for your use. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. This home is located on a private road. Please respect our neighbors by keeping your speed under 10 mph. Parking is available for up to 6 vehicles on the property. Please ensure you do not block any part of the road or access to adjacent properties. Additionally, do not block access to the shop/garage, which houses snow plows and landscaping equipment. Access to this area may be needed during your stay. In the winter, snow and ice are common. We do our best to keep the private road and driveway clear, but please be prepared for winter driving conditions.
